Microsoft 365

Layanan Microsoft 365 adalah salah satu layanan Direktorat Teknologi Informasi (DTI) ITB untuk mendistribusikan lisensi Microsoft 365 untuk seluruh sivitas akademika dan tenaga kependidikan ITB untuk menunjang kegiatan akademik dan kegiatan non-akademik di kampus ITB.

Berikut adalah beberapa informasi dan ketentuan terkait layanan lisensi perangkat lunak Microsoft 365:

1. Keuntungan Menggunakan Microsoft 365

• Can Download and Install Microsoft Office 365 on Desktop / Laptop Computers.
• Dapat mengunduh dan melakukan instalasi Microsoft Office 365 pada komputer desktop/laptop.
• Facilitate collaboration for online academic activities by using Microsoft Teams.
• Mendapatkan 1 buah alamat email dengan domain @mahasiswa.itb.ac.id yang dapat di akses dengan login pada halaman Microsoft Outlook Web .

3. Registrasi Akun Microsoft 365

A. Mahasiswa

• Setiap mahasiswa baru ITB akan mendapatkan satu buah akun Microsoft 365 dengan format NIM-TPB@mahasiswa.itb.ac.id dan akan di ubah menjadi NIM-prodi@mahasiswa.itb.ac.id (pada semester 3 atau tahun ke 2).
• New ITB students will get a Microsoft 365 account at the beginning of the first semester during the Campus Information Technology Utilization Orientation (OPTIK).
• Akun Microsoft 365 akan dibuatkan oleh Direktorat Teknologi Informasi (DTI) setelah mendapatkan data mahasiswa baru dari Direktorat Pendidikan ITB.
• Username dan password akun Microsoft 365 dapat diakses dengan login pada halaman website https://akademik.itb.ac.id.
• The active period of the Microsoft 365 license for students is as long as they are part of the ITB academic community, license Microsoft 365 A3 for students use benefit will be revoked after graduating from the ITB campus.
• All data stored on One Drive and mailbox stored in email @mahasiswa.itb.ac.id please backup before you graduate.

B. Registrasi akun Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan

• Paket lisensi yang dapat digunakan adalah Microsoft 365 A3 for faculty.
• Format username dan email untuk dosen dan tenaga kependidikan adalah username@itb.ac.id.
• Masa aktif lisensi Microsoft 365 adalah selama menjadi bagian dari sivitas akademika ITB.
• Dosen dan tenaga kependidikan ITB dapat mengajukan pembuatan akun Microsoft 365 dengan mengirimkan permintaan melalui aplikasi layanan DTI atau dapat juga mengirimkan email ke it-helpdesk@itb.ac.id.
